Where there are employees there is the potential for problems.  Employee conflict, customer complaints, excessive absenteeism, unprofessional behavior, missed deadlines and the list goes on and on.  There is no end to what a manager may be faced with.

We can work with you to assess the situation and provide practical advice on next steps.  You might need coaching to prepare for a performance conversation, maybe a formalized disciplinary letter or perhaps, it’s time to part ways.  We can make the process less painful and more defensible should the employee seek legal action.
